EMERGENCIES

If there is a Serious injury, call 911, ask for BC Ambulance.  When talking to them, say you need Search and Rescue involved.  Say you are closest to town of Hope so Hope's S & R gets called out (assuming your in our riding area).  Your location is at Britton Creek Exit #228.   Hope S&R does have sleds, so let them know if sleds are required to access injured sledder.

For additional help and support, contact someone on Emergency Contact list posted in cabins so CoqSnow members can assist you or assist Search and Rescue, especially in the case of finding missing sledders.  We also have emergency equipment that could be utilized.  if you have a VHF Radio, RR-8 (150.3200 narrow) is the channel for our riding area, which is the channel the Groomer operators use as well.
